Gaston, SC · serving Columbia, Lexington & Irmo
Built in the pines of the Midlands.
PFC builds homes, additions, and decks for Midlands families — veteran-owned, licensed, and doing this work for more than twenty years.
A local crew, not a call center.
PFC is a veteran-owned residential contractor based in Gaston, building for families across the Midlands. The crew handles every job directly — from the first estimate to the last nail — rather than handing the work off to subcontractors you've never met.
The company holds an active South Carolina contractor's license and has spent more than two decades framing, building, and repairing homes across Gaston, Columbia, Lexington, and Irmo. PFC is also registered with SAM.gov and is eligible to bid on and perform federal, state, and municipal contracts alongside its residential work.
owned Family-run, on-site every day
What we build
Residential construction from the ground up, plus the additions and outdoor spaces that make a house fit the way your family actually lives.
New home construction
Full builds from the foundation up, framed and finished to hold up through Carolina summers and the occasional ice storm.
Additions
Extra bedrooms, sunrooms, and expanded living space, built to match the roofline and finish of the home you already have.
Decks & porches
Screened porches and open decks built for how the Midlands actually uses a backyard — shade, storms, and company included.
